Physicians
Physicians are needed for expansion of MVI across the state. MVI is opening
a new clinics in Saninaw in Spring 2007 and is considering new locations in Sault Ste. Marie, Mt. Pleasant,
Flint, Detroit Metro Area, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and elsewhere. Opportunities for physicians may be available
from time to time at our existing locations in Alpena, Gaylord and Traverse City.
Contracted physicians will be fully trained in endovenous laser ablation,
ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy, and visual foam sclerotherapy.
Applicants must have an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Michigan,
be bondable, insurable at standard rates, and be of good moral character. Additionally, they should be in
good mental and physical health and have no current or past history of substance abuse. MVI will provide training in
Phlebology so current specialty is not important, although experience with vascular access or ultrasound is helpful.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Opportunities also exist for physicians to invest in the business and become
a co-owner of their MVI practice. We are currently offering training only to physicians who are planning to
join the MVI network.
